Mario & Luigi Sound Selection was released in September of 2009, exclusively for Club Nintendo members in Japan; redeemable for 400 points. It's a 33-track compilation of three Mario RPG games released for Nintendo's handhelds - Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga for the Game Boy Advance(9 Tracks), Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time(6 Tracks) and Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story(18 Tracks) both for the Nintendo DS system. You can find used copies and a couple new on ebay going for around $45-75. This isn't a remixed or remastered album, the music is a clean recording directly from the games themselves. All three of these titles are fantastic in their writing and delivery. If you haven't played them yet, I'd highly recommend doing so. In fact, Nintendo is remaking Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga for the Nintendo 3DS and it will be released in October - just in case you're interested! Down the road we'll work on individual audio extractions of the games to add tracks omitted from this selection album but for the most part the best tracks are included here.
