It's chock-full of advise such as: How to get started, What you'll need, What to focus on, Negotiating a contract, and so on.

If you're an aspiring video game composers reading this.. it's never a bad idea to get some advice from some of the industry veterans! Leon Willet is best known in the video game industry for his composition work on Dreamfall: The Longest Journey (a personal favorite of mine).
