It's more of a general question than anything else. But I was curious, is there a possible way for you to share/tell how you extracted the .sbb files (Such as from the P.N.03 Soundtrack). I was trying to collect sound effects from the Gamecube release of Viewtiful Joe, but I have looked all over online for a way to extract/help with .sbb files. If you would be open to sharing, I would be grateful!

I've not attempted to extract audio from Viewtiful Joe's sound bank streams but the best advice I could give is to learn how to use a HEX editor, such as the free HxD, to identify offsets(beginning and end), length, cut the file string with something like the simple file—or advanced for more than one file—cutter in VGMToolbox, convert, edit(audacity) and save(I'm simplifying the process of course). Learning how to use an editor and becoming familiar with terminology, headers and knowing what to look for is key. There are tons of online forums you will find with a quick Google search that can help you immensely with explanations on how to use hex editors for extracting audio.
Hope that helps and good luck!
